The Backwards Arrow

At the heart of Tribal Lee is the story of the backwards arrow—a symbol of how many of us live our lives. We often set off on our own paths, driven by ambition, desire, or circumstance, without seeking the true source of guidance. Like an arrow sheathed in reverse, we may take our shot, and by chance, we might even hit a target. But the result is rarely accurate or fulfilling. This arrow represents the countless moments in life when I started without God’s direction. My journey was filled with missteps, success that felt hollow, and goals that didn’t satisfy.

In the creation of Tribal Lee, God showed me that real success and purpose come from starting with Him. Without His guidance, we are like arrows released without purpose—lacking the true precision needed to hit the mark in life. The Color Combo

Growing up I was never the type to have favorites. Things like your favorite food, favorite song, or favorite TV show or movie never appealed to me. There are so many amazing songs in the world to hear, tons of delicious foods to try, and more tv shows and movies than I even have the time to watch, how could I pick just one as my favorite? When getting to know a person, especially at a young age, "what's your favorite color?" is a classic question, one that I was never able to answer. Then one day I realized that even though I don't have a favorite color, I do have a favorite color combination. Black with any other color has a bold and striking presence as soon as it crosses your vision. All Tribal Lee designs reflect this color combination!
